Please add a receipe to Revelations to smelt redstone into flux in furnaces or re-enable the throwing redstone in fire. ATM Flux networks are not usuable unless you get really lucky
It's been this way for a very long time. Which i started Rev on another network around march last year it was a ore only drop. What recipe would you suggest?
AtomicGrog id say either smelting it in a furnace (which might be harder to put in) or one obsidian surrounded by 8 redstone gives 8 flux
This sounds like it may be a recipe change in the pack, in which case our default policy is to maintain whatever pack authors have decided. Does the recipe that you want exist in single player?
No it doesnt, because there usually is the fire/lava way of obtaining flux but that config was disabled due to a dupe bug.

It really wasnt that hard to get but it does involve some thought for what is quite frankly the best networked power in the game imho.
Since the server's behavior is consistent with how the pack is supposed to work (it seems), I'm closing this ticket. We won't differ from the pack's behavior in this case, but this decision is open for discussion.
