Unless they're doing game breaking, unintended things, they're very unlikely to be removed.
If your grave is being camped, you can stay away from it for a bit to let them despawn. Or ask another player to come with to help.
Cross dim tps/commands have been fixed, which should also make this a lot less punishing.
