I crafted 60 4996K fluid storage cells in preparation for storing fluids but when I finally got around to trying to store them in my network I could not add any fluid - I tried both vanilla water and brine from Mekanism. The 256K and smaller cells work fine. Gas and Item storage cells of their largest respective sizes seem to work fine. Not really a whole lot we can do about this, unless you're able to find a patch/fix for it.
I would suggest also reporting it or asking about it in the ATM3 discord as well.
Going to close this for now, as it is a mod/modpack issue.
