Issue Description: used a chance cube in the TF, it set off a black hole bomb, and i cannot /back to my grave

Please note, as per yesterday evenings announcement:

In order to maintain the intended experience in the pack, we will not be performing any further inventory restores for items lost to chance cubes. These block are supposed to come with an inherent risk, and we feel that restoring the inventory undermines this aspect of the experience.
