Been in the server for 4 years, have played for about 2.5 of those years with several month long breaks from MC

hard to remember, maybe about a decade

from about 7 or so years back , but actual years i've played is closer to 4.
-In what ways have you already helped the server?
Answering modpack related questions when I can, and helping to solve lag issues whenever I can. Most recent example would be me and Teufler80 finding the source behind a tps issue in Nomi.
-In what ways do you plan to help the server after you become a staff member and how will holding your requested rank help you do that?
I plan to help the server by investigating server issues, answering questions, resetting nomi when it inevitably breaks again, and more. By holding the staff rank I'd be able to more easily investigate and fix issues.
-Why do you want to become a moderator/admin?
I want to be able to personally fix issues and help others.
-Why do you play on Modded Minecraft Club rather than other servers?
I've spent alot of time here, played on dozens of packs here, and I know alot of people here.
-In what ways would you improve the server if you owned it?
The main thing I'd do would be clean up advertising, delete old posts advertising old modpacks, and maybe fix up wiki a bit. For the most part the server is good as it is, so other then the above I'd likely stick with the status quo.
-Have you ever been a staff member before (on a different server)?
Yes I've had experience before, even co-owned a server before it shut down due to lack of interest from the small community. It was a great learning experience, mostly me making mistakes as I had no prior experience.

Server died a slow and painful death, only one other person still in the discord server.

Surprisingly no, about 6 years ago I had a hacker phase, but was too dumb to figure it out so never got caught with whatever cheats I had back then.
-Why should we choose you over other applicants or maintaining our present size?
If i were choosen I'd be active and able to improve response time.

-What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely?
I'd first see if they are breaking a rule, then I'd talk to them and try to resolve whatever issue is causing them to act immature, and generally I'd try to explain how their behavior has an impact on others.
-What would you do as a moderator or admin if a new player joins and spams the chat with suggestions to make the server better?
Tell them to add the suggestions to forums, and to stop spamming. I'd threaten a mute if they don't stop, and if that still doesn't stop them then I'd mute them for a day or so.
-What would you do as a moderator or admin if a player was griefed but they did not claim their build?
It depends, if I had free time I'd see if I could help, but I wouldn't need to be obligated to help according to the rules. I'd also see if I could find the person responsible, since griefing an unclaimed build is still greifing.
-Would you respond differently if they claimed their build? If so, how?
I would see if I could get a rollback, I'm not sure as a staff if I can rollback region files, so I might have to get another staff member to help, and get the player who was affected to post a forum post detailing the incident. Like the other question I'd also investigate to see if I could figure out who the griefer was.
-What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game?
If I was suspicious they were cheating I'd load up the pack they were on and spectate them, while also taking into account how long they'd been on and any other surrounding context. I wouldn't take quick actions, as there is a variety of reasons why someone may have more items then they should, found something powerful that exploded their growth, endgame player gave them some items, ect.
