In what ways do you plan to help the server after you become a staff member and how will holding your requested rank help you do that? I plan to assist by improving server performance, debugging, and general player assistance.
Why do you want to become a moderator/admin? For the reasons above. And for my parents... They'll be so proud
Why do you play on Modded Minecraft Club rather than other servers? It's always had a tight-knit community, staff are friendly and helpful when available, and it doesn't get bogged down with block/player restrictions.
In what ways would you improve the server if you owned it? Incentivising donations to fund the server and possibly add to its processing power is a good step. I know that's already in the works, but I think thats a big step.

What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely? Privately explain where their actions are inappropriate. Everyone needs a life lesson from time to time, but it doesn't have to = humiliation.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a new player joins and spams the chat with suggestions to make the server better? Request that they redirect their efforts to the apprpriate discord channel.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a player was griefed but they did not claim their build? Does the server have logblock (I think thats a thing? it used to be) but if possible I'd refund the important blocks, warn the player to claim their build, and look into who griefed it.
Would you respond differently if they claimed their build? If so, how? Yes, I'd be more invested in finding and reprimanding the player responsible, as it's a direct violation of server rules and they knowingly exploited some bug to break blocks regardless of the claim.
What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game? If it's just bragging, nothing, I listen to annoying people every day, it's part of life. If it sounds like exploitation/duping, I'd peek at their inv and look into it further and apply whatever consequences the server rules deem necessary.
