How long have you been playing on Modded Minecraft Club?
I joined the server about a month ago, and have been playing since then.
How often and at what times (In US-EST) can you be on each day (please be detailed)?
I can generally play between 12 pm and 5 pm on weekdays, and between about 9 am and 7 pm on weekends, which varies depending on volunteering but will be fairly consistent.
How long have you been playing Minecraft in general?
I've been playing Minecraft for about 11 years.
How long have you played Modded Minecraft?
I've been playing modded Minecraft on and off for 2-3 years, and more consistently for the last year or so.
In what ways have you already helped the server?
I've not done anything to directly benefit the server due to lack of opportunity, however, I have tried to help people out whenever I can and be generally friendly while on the server.
In what ways do you plan to help the server after you become a staff member and how will holding your requested rank help you do that?
In the server, I wish to help people as much as I can, and I believe that holding a staff rank would allow me to help people in ways that I currently can't, especially as a fairly active member within the community.
Why do you want to become a moderator/admin?
I wish to be a moderator as I feel like I'd be a good person to help within the community, as someone who generally spends my time on the server doing stuff that isn't particularly important, it means if I have to be dragged away I'll likely be available. I also enjoy the server and can see that on occasion, there are staff needed in the servers but are unable to get online when required.
Why do you play on Modded Minecraft Club rather than other servers?
I tried out MMC as I was looking for a good server to play on Enigmatica 6, and for some reason, MMC stood out to me. When I joined the server and met some of the people, I realised it was a good server run by good people, and that there was a reason many people stuck around.
In what ways would you improve the server if you owned it?
One major way I'd improve the server is by introducing the creation of a support team, which is a role that doesn't count as staff but is for well known and respected members within the community to help people who are newer and possible prevent issues from needing staff intervention. I would also create a suggestions channel

I've been staff on many servers, which have had a varying amount of members

I don't hold staff positions on any other servers currently as I withdrew from most of the positions when I started college recently, however, the workload is a lot less than I expected which means I have free time.

What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely?
I'd advise them to try and not do things that others advise them are annoying or immature, and just to generally not purposefully be annoying
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a new player joins and spams the chat with suggestions to make the server better?
I would thank them for the suggestions, advise them that spam is against the rules, and refer them to the discord for suggestions
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a player was griefed but they did not claim their build?
As griefing is banned regardless of whether it was or wasn't claimed, I would punish the griefer appropriately, and advise them to claim their builds from now on
Would you respond differently if they claimed their build? If so, how?

What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game?
I would first check their inventory using commands, as well as find out where they are and where they spawned. I would check whether they were working with other people or not to explain why they got the gear. If not I'd alert an admin to the situation.
