Issue Description:
Ranks commands for setting player ranks for these two servers inconsistent with other packs
Rev/E2E:
/ranks add <player> <rank>
Other packs:
/ranks set <player> <rank>
Additionally it seems that the '/ranks add' is addititive ie you can add member and then moderator etc. whereas the other servers are distinguished outcomes i.e. member OR moderator
