Issue Description: Lost 31 16x redstone alloy cables, lv battery buffer, and 16 full small lithium batteries to random overamp fire caused by Thermos being buggy
Do you know of a fix? Finding a fix will greatly increase the speed at which we can apply that fix: Remove thermos?

Exact steps to reproduce the issue: Play on a server that uses thermos and get unlucky

Any other information you wish to include: Literally no way that the 16x cables could have overamped aside from thermos being garbage, given that I only have 8 turbines that make 1 amp each, and the battery buffers output directly into EBF and didn't send any power back to cables.
