[GT] Planet dim messed up

I launched the T1 rocket from overworld, and select the moon as destination.
But when I landed there, it was Miranda which is a T5 planet, and dead from the radiation.
Rocket also cannot get back from the landed balloon.

I also found from the task book the Moon dim is shown as Miranda:

Not sure if this is a bug from the server side, and may related with the plugin.

Tested with client, and there's no issue with single player mode.

it's quite easy to reproduce:
just launched a T1 rocket to the moon. you will reach Miranda, a T5 planet, and immediately killed by temperature, as the thermal cloths are unobtainable before you get to the moon.....
It seems to be a server-side world id conflict. Everything goes right in a SSP game.

Gave a tier 1 rocket and teleported to the moon for /sethome which fixes the personal issue of this glitch.
Still need to solve the overall issue that only appears on GT.
