I plan on helping the new players that is new to modded mc rather than seeing them for the first time and then disappeared. My rank would give them a sence of secure about the enviroment that mmcc brings and that modded mc isnt that scary.

To help people and to improve my social skills

Its not a p2w server and its the most friendly one that i have encountered

I would personally give players option to have schematic of a build and allow them to use printer (for building purpose only)

What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely?
They might be having a bad day, give some advice first and check on later, if the problem still exists after a few minutes, temp mute

Direct them to #feedback and gives advice for them

Evaluate their lost and considering giving some essentials to them but not everything

Yes, because the rules are strick on claiming base,woukd reroll the chunk the base is present
What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game?
This reminds me as this is what i did a year back, it sounds stupid. I would tell them that it is normal and other people achieved bettee things that him at that stage
