Issue Description: This is a known issue fixed in the next update. In Impact 1.0.1.1 ALL custom multiblocks don't work because they will overclock when they aren't supposed to.
Do you know of a fix? Finding a fix will greatly increase the speed at which we can apply that fix: Update server to latest version (1.0.1.3)

Exact steps to reproduce the issue: Build a multiblock added by impact, give it EU and try using one of the recipes (saw mill is a simple example) and you'll see that it'll run out of EU.
