Enable littletiles export command on OF

i want to get some out of my creations from the server to let other people use them but the item that allows to do that without command is missing for some reason(checked in singleplayer, still missing and command is working)
command is /lt-export

Is this command able to be enabled via the config?

guys from lt server said that the command is op permission only to have a reason to make the exporter block and not use the command, error of both the exporter and importer not showing up in jei is known but the vanilla craft doesnt work
i dont think theres a config for that
