GT Impact machines exploding for no reason

My HV line of machines exploded when I went offline today, Thursday Feb 18. I had HV combustion gen, battery buffer, assembling machine, component assembler, and macerator. (All HV) There was also a roof protecting the machines from rain. The machines exploded when not in use.

Cables were 4x silver wire, and the battery buffer was 4 amps with 4 large sodium batteries. I went offline at 3 pm and came back online at 8:30 pm EST Feb 18 and there was a large hole in my base.
