Issue Description:
- Server presently has no pedestal/pressureplate based RTP, users will need to use the error prome /rtp if allowed untile fixed.
- I tried to setup command blocks for this, cant place them despite being in creative and /op'd. Tried having rank, doesn't seem to be an issue for other moderators.. will investigate why.
