Issue Description: Env Tech multiblock items disapear on auto build

Do you know of a fix? Finding a fix will greatly increase the speed at which we can apply that fix: Please check if its bugs on env tech side or if its was lag / crash and item despawn

Exact steps to reproduce the issue: create all item for multiblock env tech then click on autobuild then there is error maybe can't auto place or something then click again to continue build instead it auto destruct but item is gone instead of dropping
