How long have you been playing on Modded Minecraft Club? I remember joining GT around may, so about 6 months.
How often and at what times (In US-EST) can you be on each day (please be detailed)? I would be available from about 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. (US-EST) with it leaning later on the weekends.
How long have you been playing Minecraft in-general? I’ve been playing since about 2011.
How long have you played Modded Minecraft? I’ve been playing since Tekkit classic, so around 2012-2013.
In what ways have you already helped the server? I feel like the biggest way is answering questions from others on Polychat about modded issues and MCC issues. I also helped out a little with finding issues when we launched FTB Interactions and made some GitHub reports on TR.
In what ways do you plan to help the server after you become a staff member and how will holding your requested rank help you do that? I plan to be able to log on the different servers and help people who have issues with encountering bugs, be another eye to go through applications for faster responses, enforce chat rules like needing to stick to English in the public general/Polychat, and overall be someone people can ask help from.
Why do you want to become a moderator/admin? I mainly want to be alleviate the workload and be able to work along side the staff that I’ve made friends with. I also enjoy helping people and cutting down on frustration that some players share with needing help.
Why do you play on Modded Minecraft Club rather than other servers? I joined initially because I wanted to play GT:NH, but I’ve stuck around because this server network is really well done compared to others I’ve played on. I respect not having any pay to win features or spam, and the server is ran really well with Polychat being the best cross server feature I’ve seen.
In what ways would you improve the server if you owned it? I can't think of any real ways to improve the server from my prospective. I think focusing a bit more on growth would be one thing since we have a bunch of popular servers like MC Eternal, but it doesn't have the biggest player base.
Have you ever been a staff member before (on a different server)? No, but I have hosted private modded servers for my friend group in the past.
Have you ever been banned? If so, please explain why in a detailed manner: No.
Why should we choose you over other applicants or maintaining our present size? I feel like I have a lot of experience with modded Minecraft and the packs on the server network. I have played with Vaskel on FTB:I and Project Ozone 3 which has given me insight into some of the ways staff moderate MMC. I also have some experience with Linux, SSH, and Java from school.

What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely? I think it depends on what they say. If it’s repeatedly making toilet humor or bunch of profanity, then a moderator should ask them to stop and explain to that person that MMC isn’t a place for that kind of humor and we have rules against it. If they continue past the warnings or say something offensive, then I would recommend deleting their posts and banning them from the network for not being able to follow the rules.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a new player joins and spams the chat with suggestions to make the server better? I would kindly ask them to stop and tell about making a forum post to make such suggestions. I would also delete their posts from discord down to one if it’s the kind of spam where they copy and pasted their suggestion.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a player was griefed but they did not claim their build? I would apologize for that, but I would also remind them of the rule where we don’t refund unclaimed build, but I would try to take more action if it seems like a situation where is it unfair outside of that rule. I would also try to find out who griefed the build since that's against the rule and try to get the items back from them and to the other player.
Would you respond differently if they claimed their build? If so, how? I would try my best to refund what we can since they can’t be at fault for someone bypassing claims. If it was a small build or they lost some machines, I would refund them with creative. If it was a bigger grief, I would imagine that I would bring that up to an admin which could backup to a recent save or something along those lines.
What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game? I would ask how they got that in a private dm if possible. If they don’t respond or don’t give a satisfying answer, I would hop on that server and watch them in spectator to see if they cheated or duped in those items. If I come to the conclusion that they cheated, I would start the process of banning them and then remove those items.
