Issue Description: during a series of crashes I logged back in and suddenly my AE2 system was gone, storage drawers empty and my 2 IC2 machines I had lost their textures (all black and purple)

Do you know of a fix? Finding a fix will greatly increase the speed at which we can apply that fix: Others have been suggesting a restore of the region
