Your playerdata has been reset, assuming thats what you meant. If not i can still restore it easily.
(You dont get food at start, iirc the only item you get is the compact machine controller and quest book.)
Should be possible to restart/start now. If you cant suggest you contact staff in discord/game to help you through the problem.
