So, it looks like I managed to do it again, but I don't know what it was this time. Everything should have been stable? Either way, need a rollback of my base again.

Discussed with player, eventually rolled back base region file (r.11.91.mca ) 1 day. Dragon tested location on restore, seemed ok with outcome.
