-Oh boy, cant remember when i started. it had to be at least 6 years

-I enjoy answering questions and lending a hand. Be in discussions whenever I'm available.
In what ways do you plan to help the server after you become a staff member and how will holding your requested rank help you do that?
-Be able to help more and directly. Rank would act as a beacon for anyone who needs help.
Why do you want to become a moderator/admin?
-I spend so much time here, I feel like doing more.
Why do you play on Modded Minecraft Club rather than other servers?
-Better community and activity. I like seeing the responsiveness and dedication to the members.
In what ways would you improve the server if you owned it?
-I like it how it is. The growth and changes that occur exceeds my expectations. I would keep it on track.
Have you ever been a staff member before (on a different server)?
-No, never really had the time. I have moderated communities in the past, though; through game servers and forums. GTA, Discord, WoW, a few steam game servers.

-No, these we quite far in the past. I had sense gone through life changes and focused a lot of my time in work and home.

-The community is full of good people, who would make great staff members. I wouldn't say that I am better than any of them, but my strongest traits are: reasoning, patients, and respectfulness.

What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely?
-If the behavior is affecting others, or breaks a rule; I would talk to the person, and let them know what that person is doing.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a new player joins and spams the chat with suggestions to make the server better?
-Ask them to stop spamming, and refer them to the suggestions on the forum.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a player was griefed but they did not claim their build?
-If it looks like it's a player build, then it is against the rules to grief, claim or not. Probably a revert of their area and see if the person who did the griefing is known. Find out if it was intentional, and go from there.
Would you respond differently if they claimed their build? If so, how?
-Intent to grief would be escalate the responsiveness of the issue, going past a verbal warning. An action would need to be determined.
What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game?
-If it's phrased "I have more items than i should have at this point". I would congratulate them. If it is discovered that this person is exploiting or griefing, action above verbal would be required.
