Opening up the GUI seems to crash the server.
Edit: After futher testing it is the closing of the GUI causing a server crash with the Error Message "Internal Exception: java.lang.StackOverflowError".

Going to close this as it's a mod issue and there's not much we can do to fix it. This should be posted on the mod dev's issues page on GitHub and/or the mod's Discord. Please open a new ticket if you think this is a mistake, or if you know of a fix we can implement.
