A. Crashing server when I attempt to login/join.
B. No client side mods that I'm aware of.
C. As suggested by john01dav, rolling back player data. (Not sure what I need to do, if anything)

How far do I need to roll back your player data to get a time before the issue started? It's not clear if the date that you gave is when it started, or the most recent occurrence.

You're rolled back. It was the second to last backup that was still in the system.
