**How long have you been playing Minecraft in-general?** Since maybe 1.6 beta. Hard to really estimate.
**How long have you played Modded Minecraft?** Since 1.5 release. Been staff since 1.6.4 days.
**In what ways have you already helped the server?** I answer questions in chat when I play, which isn't a lot lately!
**In what ways do you plan to help the server after you become a staff member and how will holding your requested rank help you do that?** You guys have a staff response issue (According to Capy's post on May 19). I get I'm not playing a lot of Minecraft lately, but assuming you guys have a ticket system that I can be pinged with via Discord, I'm able to be contacted most of the time and more than happy to hop on and give an assist.
**Why do you want to become a moderator/admin?** I administrated for about three years on the DeVco/Toasty network before both went under. I have the experience and am more than happy to share it with others and help if you guys need it.
**Why do you play on Modded Minecraft Club rather than other servers?** You guys are pretty chill, and I enjoy playing here. Decently reliable servers, not too much lag, and the people in charge aren't a bunch of dicks. It's nice.
** In what ways would you improve the server if you owned it?** Can't say I'd do much differently. I'd "improve" it by hosting packs that I personally like (niche packs like TFC varieties) but nothing that's really wildly different. I'd add a ticketing system.
Have you ever been a staff member before (on a different server)? Yes. On DeVco/Toasty. If you guys aren't familiar, I have some people I can refer you to on Discord to discuss my staff history.
If so, are you still a staff member? If not, why not? Please be detailed: Nope! DeVco was absorbed by Toasty who later shut down their servers.
Have you ever been banned? If so, please explain why in a detailed manner: Yes! Ironically on DeVco. I was banned by KaiNoMood (who later bought Toasty) for an auto-clicker that I was using on the deconstruction table from Thaumcraft.
Why should we choose you over other applicants or maintaining our present size? You guys said you needed help. I don't mind helping out, assuming I can be reached through Discord for this (I'm not playing as much MC as I have in the past, but am happy to log in)

What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely? Sometimes you have to learn when to just hush.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a new player joins and spams the chat with suggestions to make the server better? I get where they're coming from. They've probably come from a different network they're used to, and see the differences that we have as inferior. It's understandable, though not necessarily factually correct, and I'd (generally) talk to them in DM to see what things they're looking for, and see if maybe we have a viable alternative for them, and possibly we can take direction from such suggestions
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a player was griefed but they did not claim their build? The rules state that griefing is disallowed regardless of claim status. The rules also claim that all builds must be claimed. Unless there's other specific staff guidelines to follow, I'd correct the player in that they need to keep their things claimed, but work with them to fix and replace what was removed and messed up.
Would you respond differently if they claimed their build? If so, how? Well I'd be concerned, because clearly that means our protection plugins are being bypassed. I'd investigate the methods that this took place though, identify which player it was and what method was used, if possible.
What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game? I'd banter back with them, because they're most likely just talking smack in my experience, but also use inventory viewing commands to check what they're up to, and perhaps go invisible and watch, just in case.

But the fact is I'm a knowledgeable player with a lot of administration experience. If you guys need a helping hand I'm more than happy to help you out, but I totally get it if you want someone who's more active/currently plays.
