Sorry for the slow response. Can you provide some sort of evidence that you're the same person. For example, it would work to find some Discord chat logs or something like that. If you go this route, please find a spot where your Discord account was clearly and unambiguously linked to your Minecraft account (shown to be the same person), and then link to a spot where that same Discord account gives the new IGN and we can transfer the claims.
