Looks like some of them work some of them don't. I was able to mutate all the ones that require Ic2 blocks. Non of the non-Ic2 block foundations work.
I was trying to think up a good solution. The most light weight solution would be to set up a community Mutatron, that people could use to breed those bees. No way to control which bees go in though. So could get abused. I'm hoping since it's the only easy way to get the those bees people will not abuse it out of self-interest.
To set it up would Need to spawn in the Mutatron, Source of Mutagen approx 5k per bee. a good supply of power and the genetics tools. People would supply the source bees, the mutatron would do the mutation.
Other option would be to set up Trade-o-matics for each bee, or have Mods/admins spawn in the target bee and trade to player.
I'd vote to set up the mutagenic hub for folk that want to work with bees can progress.
