If so, does it happen on all servers? You may have a corrupted inventory, or be near a corrupted chunk.
I'm almost 100% sure this issue occurred due to the SSD getting filled up which has since been fixed. If I'm mistaken and you're still experiencing this issue please contact me on Discord. My username is Trace#8994.
