Everyday 8AM - 5PM EST.

Since end of Beta till now with some breaks during OG 1.7.10 in the past.
I started playing Minecraft everyday couple years ago.

Since 2012.
In what ways have you already helped the server?
Brought many people to the server already and fresh ideas (that may attract more people to stick with the pack) like the "Ironman" where I helped Meni with content.
Help in various situations such as common issues in the pack, or in modded general.
In what ways do you plan to help the server after you become a staff member and how will holding your requested rank help you do that?
There are bunch of people on the server who want me as GTNH staff for a long time already.
My active playtime would help the server as Staff during american and ACT downtime, especially for my european/asian people here.
My plan is to check the forum every day once I login for "Issues" and help people with their problems.
Why do you want to become a moderator/admin?
To provide more quality to the community.
Why do you play on Modded Minecraft Club rather than other servers?
MMCC is running a pack I suggested long time ago and the friendly active community are reasons for that.
Also John and few other Staff members know what they have to do, when something bad happens with the servers.
The Hardware is pretty good and since we moved the server to Germany, I'm more happy about it.
In what ways would you improve the server if you owned it?
In helping people with their problems on the packs, since we barely have enough active Staff members online everyday.
I would try to figure out, why the server is running slow and check the sources for that (as long someone shows me how to do that before).
Other than that John helps as long he has time so there is no improvement I could think of right now.
Have you ever been a staff member before (on a different server)?
No, I'm playing singleplayer since I started modded in 2012, but I was team leader on some esports teams from 2006-2012 in Day of Defeat: Source and BF3, so I'm familiar with authority and responsibility in general.

Why should we choose you over other applicants or maintaining our present size?
I'm 28, pretty active in the community such as in game, or on Discord and appear grown up besides some jokes usually.
Also I'm familiar with some "know-how" in GTNH same as modded in general even on 1.12 packs.
I'm always friendly and try to help people, even when they get rude, or upset with something. I always stay calm and factual.

7-8, it's not perfect sometimes, but I try to become better over time, since english is not common in Germany at all.

What advice can you give to deal with people who have trouble acting maturely?
It depends on the context and as long it's no spam, or any rude stuff and no one gets hurt, I'm fine with that and keep their chat going. If they act against our rules, I will tell them to stop and link them our rules with a smiley. 🙂
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a new player joins and spams the chat with suggestions to make the server better?
Since we try to make the forum great again, I will tell the person to stop the spam and lead him/her to our forum under "Suggestions" to share their information. If they keep going the spam, I will use the power I have as Staff and ban/kick/mute, what ever the excact rules are for this kind of situation.
What would you do as a moderator or admin if a player was griefed but they did not claim their build?
I would teleport to the griefed player and check the block activity and dm/whisper the person if he knows the names that are listed for me. I try to locate claimed blocks on the unknown subjects and check if the missing items are available, if not, I try to restore them, and tell the person to claim his stuff next time, because we have "unlimited" blocks on GTNH now afaik. I will try to contact the person on Discord and probably ban him. If the person really cares about that ban, he will find ways to contact us via forum imo.
Would you respond differently if they claimed their build? If so, how?
No, I would do the same with the griefed player, but would check if there are ways to grief anyways with some mechanics on blocks/items that I'm not aware off.
What would you do if a player joins the server for the first time and suddenly brags in chat about having many more items than they should have at that point in the game?
Ask them what items, teleport to the subjects, check the situation and ask the community if there are known dupe bugs in the current pack build. If that happens again with other players, or if it's a known dupe bug, I will contact GTNH git issue tracker and find a way to deal with it on the server. I would contact John and other GTNH Staff members to find a solution.

I'm not familiar with server management such as adding new plugins, or changing something on playerdata, or restoring latest grave corpse, BUT if you have time to show me all that stuff one day, I'm willing to learn it, otherwise I would let people with knowledge about this kind of stuff doing it first, till I'm fully familiar with those. 🙂
