Ban Appeal

Greetings, It came to my attention that my account was banned for griefing. I wanted to explain the situation. For the past 2 weeks i been working 12h every day and my family was visiting. My 12 years old Nephew was playing my account and i did told him about the rules of not grabbing anything, not even a torch if it belongs to someone. Now, i don't know what he took exactly, but i apologize for his behavior. I have played GT servers before and never had any issue because i play by the rules. I have an account in each of the 3 official GT servers (Delta, Epilson and Eta) and never had a problem. My Nephew will not be allowed to use my account anymore and i already explained him why. Now, Playing Video Games is my hobby after a hard day of work and i wanted to try the GT experience again from scratch, this is why i chose your server, since is the only one where i didnt had an account that wasn't advanced already. I would like to see for how long the ban will be and if there is something i can do to continue playing in your server. You can reset my account to scratch again if you want to, i dont mind starting over, but i would like to try out your server without allowing anyone else use my account.

I am 34 years old and i work as a Melt Technician in Arconic (Now known as Howmet) which is a company that produces engines for the USA military jets and commercial airplanes, metals for the military tank and even for the NASA rockets. You can google it. I am telling you this to show you that i am not a griefer and that i always go by the rules. What happen was just a mistake for believing that my nephew would understand the importance of following the rules. But like i mention before, i already had a talk with him and explained why he wont use my account again because he betrayed my trust. They also going back home tonight.

The server i am refering to is Modded Minecraft Club Montreal Grehtech: NH and my account name is JokoJose.
Hopefully this situation can be solved and i apologize if my english is not perfect, my main language is Spanish

I have no idea if we'll grant the appeal yet (I need to talk to the staff member who issued the ban to get both sides of the story), but it would be useful to know if there's some sort of schedule that you're on. For example, in the past, we have banned someone who had a limited spring break, so reducing it to a temporary ban was much less useful to them. I understand that you do full time employment, but, nonetheless, you may still have some relevantly similar restriction and it's best if we know about it.

john01dav Normally i work Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:30 pm (New Jersey Time) and have from monday to thursday off. But i am allowed to do as much OT as i want, which i do almost every day since i am in the process of buying a Two family home.

But this coming week (starting tomorrow) i will be off until friday due to being sick (Not Corona virus, thanks to God)

So you can give me any restriction as you see fit and i won't argue about it since part of the issue is my fault and im not going to avoid responsibility, since i was the one who allowed him to use my account.

Also, my OT can be done at any shift i choose to do it, 1st, second or third shift depending. My OT is not "Bound" to my regular shift time.

and it can be from 4h to 12h (12h is the maximum i can do per day)

After discussion with the person who issued the ban, we'll be fully reversing it. Feel free to join immediately 🙂. Please note, however, that penalties will be stricter if something similar happens again, since we need to protect the server.
